Cobra Coffee is proud to be a Starbucks UK franchised business partner. Since 2013, we’ve been opening Starbucks coffee shops across Berkshire, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, East Sussex, South Gloucestershire, Hampshire, IOW, Kent, Somerset, Surrey, West Sussex, Wiltshire and south London.
Cobra Coffee is owned by Southern Co-op who are a regional retailer with over 250 convenience food and funeralcare sites.

Training
You’ll get full training when you start, designed to immerse you in our culture and set you up for success.
Your induction will be a fun, engaging and hands-on experience that will be guided by both your Store Manager and a dedicated buddy.
In addition to your practical in-store training, a portion of your learning will be completed digitally using a number of apps and websites which include engaging games to test your knowledge.
